Windows install tip

Install Prep-Pal from the Microsoft Store for automatic updates. On a managed PC, ask your IT admin to allow Prep-Pal if the Store is restricted.

K3-ITD printer required

Prep-Pal Mobile works only with the K3-ITD label printer. An K3-ITD is required to print labels — the app cannot print to other printers.

ITD labels required

Prep-Pal Mobile and the K3-ITD printer use only ITD label rolls. The printer will not accept or print with label rolls from other brands — genuine ITD labels are required.
